About us

An agency network created with our client’s needs front of mind.
Media

An important focus for us is growth and adapting to the market and our clients’ needs. That’s why our client proposition, made for today, is more than a tagline.

We have built a marketing network that helps our clients, and the brands they manage, be discovered and desired. Unlike other networks, we genuinely work together and deliver on our promise by crafting ideas and stories, carefully selecting channels and showing up where audiences are, and winning hearts and minds by developing insightful, intelligent and inspiring work.

We believe our approach helps brands to ‘win the moment’ and leverage paid, owned and earned media with equal measure.

How we're different

Best of breed

Our specialist agencies are best of breed with access to some of Australia’s – and the world’s – most experienced talent across marketing, media and communications.

Big enough,
small enough

We’re an independent marketing network delivering ‘big agency’ capabilities with ‘small agency’ client service.

Built to
collaborate

Our operating approach is built from the ground up with agency collaboration and client needs front and centre.

Part of
a group

Part of Hardie Grant, one of the world’s leading independent media and publishing businesses, we’re in the ideas business. We've always been in touch with the zeitgeist.

Back to the start

The wisdom of experience, the energy of a start-up

Founded in 1997 by Fiona Hardie, we’ve experienced a lot of change in the media and marketing landscape. Starting out creating content for owned channels – predominately magazines and websites – we’re now a diverse marketing and communications network.

Some things haven't changed though. We remain proudly independent, and Australian owned. We are committed to a culture and workplace that is inclusive, diverse, equitable and innovative. And we are very involved in the movement towards Reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia. We work with CareerTrackers to offer Indigenous internships, we support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, and we have an accredited Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
